Avery, Benjamin Franklin
Avery was born in Aurora, NY, December 3, 1801. He built a foundry for the manufacture of plows. After his factory was destroyed it was used as a hospital during the Civil War. He and his sons later built another Avery Plow Company. Avery died in Louisville on March 3, 1885

Beattie, William D.
William D. Beattie was born in 1802. He was remembered as a man of great intelligence and culture, with singular honesty and simplicity of character. Beattie died in 1861 in New York.

Beekman, Jacob Ten Broeck
Jacob Ten Broeck Beekman was born on April 11, 1801 in Somerset, New Jersey. Due to his love for theological studies, Beekman became a dedicated Presbyterian in 1847. He passed away on April 25, 1875.

Bird, Clarence
Clarence Bird was a born on June 23, 1802. Bird was a member of the Philomathean Society. He resided in Troy, NY and died in 1828.

Bond, Lewis
Rev. Lewis Bond was born in Elizabethtown, NJ, on October 9, 1795. In June 1817, he was received into the First Presbyterian Church of Elizabethtown. Bond died on January 23, 1885.

Boyd, James Robert
James R. Boyd was born on May 2, 1804. He was a Home Missionary in Brownsville, NY until his health failed. Boyd then studied under Dr. Chalmers in Edinburgh and then became the Pastor of the second Presbyterian Church at Watertown, N.Y. He died at Geneva, N.Y., on February 19, 1890.

Cannon, Frederick Edwards
Frederick Edwards Cannon was born in Greenwich, MA, on January 20, 1800. He graduated Union College in 1822, and became a Pastor in 1826. He ran a successful ministry of about 300 members for 10 years. Cannon died in April 7, 1891.

Krastus Clapp was born on April 30, 1792. He was a preacher in 1835 at North Marlboro Mass.

Clayton, Joshua Anderson
Anderson was born in Florida, NY on February 10th, 1805. He Studied theology, and was a member of the class of 1822. Anderson passed away in 1873.

Codwise, George W.
George W. Codwise was born in Santa Cruz, Danish West Indies, September 9th, 1800. He studied medicine in Albany, and spent his last years as a member of the Episcopal church and a Republican. He died in Wellesley Hills, May 2, 1884.

Coe, Elijah Lansing
Elijah was born July 1, 1795 at Hartland, Conn. He graduated from Union College in 1822. He died in 1823.

Colvard, Robert
Robert Colvard was a member of the Union Class of 1822, and a member of the Philomathean Society. He died in Rensselaerville on January 17, 1841.

Corneilson, John Mesier
John Mesier Corneilson was born on April 29, 1802, in Bergen Hudson, NJ. he graduated from Union College in 1822. He studied medicine and received his M.D. in 1825. He died as the president of the board of regents of the Hudson County Hospital in May 24, 1873.

Crosby, Alexander H.
Alexander H. Crosby became a rector in 1828, (St. John's Episcopal Church of Yonkers) and served eleven years, dying in the rectorship January 4, 1839, at 35 years of age.

Davis, Edward
Edward Davis was born at Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on March 13, 1804. He was a Rector of St. Paul's Church for 22 years. Davis died in Ballston, NY on November 19, 1853.

Decker, John
John Decker was born in Blooming grove, Orange County, New York on November 20th, 1797. In 1820, He was principal of the grammar department in St. John's College in Annapolis, MD. Decker died in 1857.

Dismore, Andrew
Andrew Dinsmore was born in Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania on June 10, 1799. Dismore became a physician and practiced for many years. Later on he became a teacher and established a school for boys. He died March 3, 1868.

Easton, William
William Easton was born on October 2, 1804, in Maxton on the Tweed, Roxburshire, Scotland. He studied at the Cambridge Academy Washington in NY before studying at Union College. After graduating, Easton became a licensed Presbyterian in 1826. He died on June 12th 1879.

Eisenlord, John
John Eisenlord was born on the old Eisenlord farm about two miles west of Fort Plain, on August 23, 1795. In 1835, Eisenlord organized St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church at Canajoharie and served as its pastor. John died at Fort Plain, November 17, 1880.

Ellsworth, Judiah
Judiah Ellsworth was born on January 30, 1800. He studied law in the office of Esek Cowen and became a partner of this firm. Soon after, he was appointed as a circuit judge and became a leader of the Saratoga county bar. He died on March 9, 1882.

Fuller, Samuel
Samuel Fuller was born December 25, 1809 in Rensselaerville, N.Y. He became rector of Grace Church, Providence: Michael's church, Litchfield; and of Christ's church. He was also the editor of the "Churchman" in 1831. Fuller died in 1893.

Gansevoort, Ten Eyck
Ten Eyck Gansevoort was born in the town of Minden, N.Y., January 5, 1803. After Union, he pursued a medical degree at the Medical College in Philadelphia and practiced successfully for many years. Gansevoort died on September 25, 1842.

Gardiner, Benjamin Franklin
Benjamin Franklin Gardiner was born April 1, 1801. He studied and practiced law at Dinwiddle Court House, in Virginia. He died at the Court House on July 3, 1831.

Goertner, John Peter
John Peter Geortner was born in Canajoharte, N.Y. on the 26th of April, 1797. After leaving Union, John continued his Christian apprenticeship journey. He later died of an illness in his father's home on February 27, 1829.
