Biographical Information

Fur trader, was the second son of Alexander Henry, the elder, the author of Travels and Adventures. He was born after 1785 and became a clerk in the North­west Company. He was killed at Fort Nelson, on the Liard River, in the Mackenzie river department, either at the end of 1812 or the begin­ning of 1813.
