    Son of former Union College president, Eliphalet Nott. He was elected to the judiciary while a resident at Albany, NY. He died 1881.

    Born 1801 in Albany, son of former Union College president, Eliphalet Nott. He taught at Union for nearly a quarter of a century and served a church for more than ten years. He died 1878 in Fonda, NY.
