Served in the ministry for fourteen years and was pastor of First Congregational Church of Walkill. President of Board of Trustees of Montgomery Academy for several years. Died June 9, 1857.

Blatchford, Henry
Resident of Lansingburgh, but a native of England. Member of the first class of students to enter the Theological Seminary at Princeton and went on to become a Presbyterian minister.

Borland, Charles
A district attorney, member of the legislation, a judge, as well as a member of Congress and surrogate. Served under Captain Edward Blake in the War of 1812.

Camp, Phineas
Appointed as a home missionary in Pennsylvania, Western NY, and Ohio. Assisted in the reorganization of the church in Westfield and was installed as pastor of the church in 1819.

Clute, John D.
Born in Schenectady and served in the War of 1812. Was a wealthy business man who died on November 9, 1879 at the age of 86.

DeGraff, John Isaac
Elected to Congress, Mayor of Schenectady, and appointed Secretary of Treasury by President Van Buren but declined the appointment. Ran the first passenger train in all of America from Albany to Schenectady in 1832.

District attorney of Albany county and was then appointed judge of the Court of Appeals. Died May 11, 1878 in Geneva, NY.

From New York City and served in the War of 1812 under Captain Daniel E. Tylee and Captain Peter Miller.

Haight, William
Resident of Catskill and a member of the Philomathean Society. Died in Athens, May 22, 1828 at age 36.

Hamilton, Joseph
Son of Robert Hamilton, of Queenston. Private in Captain David Hayne's Company, Case's Regiment, NY Vols. and Militia.

Heart, Jonas Coe
Mayor of Troy, director in the River Steamboat Association, and Speaker of the House of Assembly. He was also director of the Troy and Boston Railroad and the first president of the board of trustees of the fire department.

Hubbell, Ransom
Highly recommended by President Nott and was made principal of the academy (Geneva, NY, Academy). Died December 27, 1827 in Oxford, NC.

Kerr, Robert J.
Fought in the War of 1812 and was taken prisoner after being wounded, but managed to escape.

Lansing, Jacob C.
Member of the State Legislature and was Judge of the Court of Common Pleas for several years. He was a member of the Philomathean Society and a resident of Lansingburgh, NY.
