Resident of Schenectady, NY and later became a pastor of a Presbyterian church. He was also a professor at Dickinson College, as well as Rutgers College.

Mills, Samuel J.
He was a missionary, born in Torringford, Connecticut. He directed his efforts towards the formation of an American Bible Society. He was instrumental in organizing the United Foreign Missionary Society. Died at sea in 1818.
