Biographical Information

Clergyman, born in Ulster County, May 14, 1782, son of Charles W. Brodhead of Marbletown, a captain of grenadiers in the Revolutionary Army. Graduated Union College in 1801; was a tutor there from 1801-1803, and then became pastor of the Reformed Dutch Church at Rhinebeck, NY. Died in Springfield, Massachusetts, June 6, 1855.
