Garnsey, David
Non-graduate, class of 1800, of Clifton Park, NY. He was a member of the Adelphic Society. Son of Nathan Garnsey. Married Esther Rogers in 1806 and had ten children. He served for a time as school commissioner of the town after the passage of the general school law in 1812. He died in 1831.

Hudson, Robert
Son of Mrs. Hester Hudson. In the Schenectady Cabinet notices of Robert Hudson as Librarian of Schenectady Library Co., Nov. 2, 1812 and Trustee of Schenectady Manufacturing Co. Counsellor at law in Schenectady. Member of the Adelphic Society. He died in 1823.

Lansing, Gerrit Y.
Son of Abraham H. and Susanna Yates Lansing. Born August 4, 1783 and died January 3, 1862. He held many positions of honor and trust in the city and county of Albany. He was in early life secretary to Governor Morgan Lewis, Clerk of the Assembly, and judge of probate. He represented the district on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th Congresses of the United States. He was elected a regent of the State University to succeed ex-President Van Buren.

Son of Daniel; studied in Cherry Valley Academy under Dr. Nott; went to Ogdensburg, NY , according to John Sawyer, Union Class of 1886, he was surrogate of St. Lawrence County, 1809-1813.

McNish, James
James McNish was born at Salem, NY, August 26, 1780. He was a student at Washington Academy and a graduate of Union College, class of 1800. He studied medicine with Dr. Archibald H. Adams of Schenectady and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court, March 9, 1803. He practiced medicine in Salem several years and removed finally to Newbury, Ohio where he died.

Smith, Robert F.
Robert F. Smith was the son of John Blair Smith (President of Union College, 1795-1799). He graduated from Princeton in 1800, and received the degree of A.M. in 1804. He was the pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Snow Hill, Maryland until his death in 1824.

Warford, John
Son of Rev. John and Mrs. Margaret Warford. Prepared for college at Washington Academy, Salem, NY. Studied law with Hon. Anthony I. Blanchard, was admitted to the bar in 1805. He subsequently became judge of common pleas, and died December 5, 1842.
