Biographical Information

Dr. David Hasbrouck was a native of Shawangunk, Ulster County, NY, and was the son of General Hasbrouck and his wife, Elizabeth Bevier, both descendants of Huguenot families. General Hasbrouck had taken part in the Revolutionary War, and subsequently became a general in the service of the State. His son studied medicine with Dr. James G. Graham.
