Biographical Information
After graduating from Union College, he studied medicine and theology, graduating from the Andover Theological Seminary in 1817. He was a tutor at Union College, 1817-21. Pastor of First Baptist Church in Boston. Professor of Mathematics and Natural Philosophy at Union College, 1826-1827.
