    A descendant of the Rev. John Livingston of the Church of Scotland. Soon after leaving Union College he studied theology under Rev. Dr. Perkins, of West Hartford, Connecticut. Licensed to preach by the North Association of Hartford County, June 7, 1808. He died in 1834.
